One store asks "How did you hear about us?", another asks "Where did you find us?", the options come in a different order, and one store is still on last spring's version. By the time the answers reach a spreadsheet, you're comparing questions that were never asked the same way.
How it works
- Install Pollfold on each store and connect them into a store group. Each store approves the connection itself and can remove it at any time.
- Write a survey once, or start from ready-made questions about discovery and why people buy. Add each store's language.
- Apply it to the stores you pick. You can see which stores run the latest version and which fell behind.
- Buyers answer on the Thank you and Order status pages. Compare answers store by store with revenue, and check a weekly summary of what changed.

Privacy
Pollfold doesn't ask buyers for their name, email, phone or address. Comments are optional, and email addresses and phone numbers in common formats are replaced before a comment is stored. Responses are kept for up to 12 months, and data is hosted in Germany. Shopify customer data and deletion requests are handled in the app.
Pricing
One plan with every feature, charged for each store that collects answers. Shopify handles the billing, and you can cancel at any time from Shopify.

Questions
Can I run one post-purchase survey across several Shopify stores?
Yes. You connect your stores into a store group, write the survey once and apply it to the stores you pick. Each store asks the same questions, so the answers can be compared store by store.
Does it work if I sell to several countries from one store with Shopify Markets?
Pollfold compares separate Shopify stores, each with the app installed. If all your countries run from one store, it works as a single store and you won't get the store-by-store comparison.
Where does the survey appear?
On the Thank you and Order status pages after checkout. You add the Pollfold block in each store's checkout editor, and the setup guide shows which pages buyers have seen it on.
Can each store show the survey in its own language?
Yes. You add the wording for each store's language, and answers still count toward the same question so results stay comparable.
Does Pollfold collect buyers' personal details?
It doesn't ask for a buyer's name, email, phone or address. Comments are optional, and email addresses and phone numbers in common formats are replaced before a comment is stored. Data is hosted in Germany and kept for up to 12 months.
How does pricing work?
USD 29 per collecting store every 30 days, after a 14-day free trial. Shopify bills you, there's no response limit (fair use applies), and every feature is in the one plan.
